The WV Fire Expo puts your company face to face with fire departments from across West Virginia and the surrounding region: the firefighters, officers and chiefs who use and buy fire service equipment. Many of these departments can't travel to large national shows, so the Expo brings the industry to them.
Standard booth (10 ft x 10 ft): $50
Larger space or apparatus exhibitor: $100
Apply online using the Vendor Application. Payment isn't due when you apply; we'll send you an invoice, and the payment deadline will be on it. Need extra space, electricity, or something else? Just note it on your application.
Want to show your equipment in action? Let us know on your application, and we'll follow up to coordinate space, timing, and safety.
The Expo is open to the public Friday 12pm–8pm, Saturday 9am–5pm, and Sunday 9am–3pm, with vendor setup before. Registered vendors will receive booth assignments and a vendor information packet closer to the event. Area hotels are holding room blocks for the Expo, and vendors get the first opportunity to book. Details will be sent to registered vendors.
